Residents of Apartments & Mobile Home Parks
The City applies the same Water and Waste Water Rates for all services to all account holders. However, if you reside in an Apartment Complex or Mobile Home Park, the City directly bills your landlord for all of the water used for the entire complex or park.
As governed by State Law the landlord then bills you based on one of two methods. They may allocate/ apportion the costs by the number of occupied units, or they may submeter each unit and charge for that metered usage. The City is not involved in this process and has no control over which method is applied.
