Telecommunications Division
Telecommuncations/Dispatch is an important part of any law enforcement agency. Our Dispatch center is made up of a select few individuals. It is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your assistance. The Telecommunications Officers/Dispatchers are highly trained and are responsible for taking 9-1-1 calls, non-emergency calls, dispatching police, fire and EMS. They also dispatch animal control and take after hours calls for other city services, as well as many other duties.
