Hester Complex<br \/>\n100 Parkview Drive<br \/>\nClute, TX 77531<\/p>\n<p>Information is available for all facilities at the following numbers, email addresses and websites.<\/p>\n<p>979-265-8392\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a01-800-371-2971<\/p>\n<p><u><b><strong>PARKS DEPARTMENT OFFICE HOURS \u2013 MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/strong><\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Event Center, Pavilion and Pool Party Rentals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All reservations for the Pavilions, Pool, Event Center, Gazebo, and the Stratton Ridge Sportsplex must be made at the Clute Parks &amp; Recreation Department Office located at 100 Parkview Drive, Clute, Texas.\u00a0 A deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.\u00a0 Proof of residency is required for Clute resident rate. For further information call 979-265-8392 or 1-800-371-2971.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>*WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY TAKING POOL PARTY RENTALS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Event Center<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>The Event Center seats 200 people with tables and chairs and 300 people if auditorium\u00a0style. A deposit fee is required to hold the reservation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hours of Operation:<\/p>\n<p>Monday thru Thursday: 9:00 am &#8211; 9:00 pm<\/p>\n<p>Friday, Saturday &amp; Sunday: 5:00 am &#8211; 11:59 pm<\/p>\n<p>Our 3,000-foot Clute Event Center is available to rent for all your events. Tables, chairs and a kitchen are included in reservation. The kitchen includes a stove top, oven, two refrigerators, microwave and a serving bar. We also have a PA system with available podium and a projector with screen. A dance floor is available to rent and comes in three different sizes. The facility has its own entrance with a reception area.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/clutetexas.gov\/new\/download\/61\/parks-recreation\/159872\/event-center-rental-info\"><strong>Event Center Rental Rates<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please call the parks office for details regarding what types of events the event center cannot host, reduced fees for nonprofit groups, clubs and other similar organizations and fee waivers.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Park Facility Rentals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>* Glass bottles are not allowed in any of our parks. Alcohol is allowed under pavilions but must stay within\u00a0pavilion.
